ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to grant permission to the petitioner to organize an Alcohol free Tamil Nadu on 28.01.2023 or any date in the month of January 2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that 'Kumbabishegam' at Palani Murugan Temple, is going to be conducted and if the permission sought for by the petitioner is granted, there will be some law and order problem. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to conduct the programme in the first week of February.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that they are ready to conduct the programme in the first week of February.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to file an affidavit incorporating the date in the month of February first week beore the third respondent and thereafter, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders with necessary conditions.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
