ORDER

Seeking a direction to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2015 on the file of the second respondent police, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It appears that the earlier complaint given by the petitioner stands allowed, in pursuant to the orders passed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14881 of 2014. The petitioner gave another complaint on 21.05.2015 alleging that the accused persons, being influential both politically and economically, are threatening the petitioner and to withdraw the earlier complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

They are also threatening the petitioner and his family members that they will be either burned alive or burried alive. The complaint also discloses that in spite of the earlier complaint made by the petitioner, no proper action has been taken, because of the status of the proposed accused.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on instruction, would submit that the earlier complaint has been registered and the present complaint is being looked into.

5. The complaint has been given by the petitioner on 21.05.2015. Perusal of the complaint would certainly make cognizable offences. Even the earlier complaint has been registered after the direction given by this court. It appears that there is a fall out of the earlier complaint.

6. Considering the same, this court directs the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.05.2015. By taking note of the peculiar facts of the case, this court directs the first respondent to bestow his personal attention in supervising and monitoring the progress of the case.

7. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
