ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue National Trade Certificate (in Original) in the Trade of Electrician to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he joined the second respondent Institution and he has also successfully completed the Trade of Electrician in the month of July 1998. The petitioner has also been issued with the Provisional Trade Certificate on 23.12.1998 by the first respondent herein. However, when the petitioner approached the second respondent Institute, for grant of National Trade Certificate (in Original), he informed the petitioner that he will furnish the Original Certificate as and when it is sent by the first respondent herein. Despite several representations, the first respondent has not chosen to send the original certificate to the second respondent Institution, so that it can be disbursed to the petitioner herein.

3. From the facts stated in the affidavit and perusal of the 2/4

documents filed in the typed set of papers it is disclosed that the petitioner has successfully completed the Trade of Electrician in July 1998 and Provisional Certificate has also been issued by the first respondent to the writ petitioner. However for reasons best known to them, the first respondent has so far not released the National Trade Certificate (in Original) to the writ petitioner. In view of the undisputed facts, this Court, directs the first respondent to furnish the National Trade Certificate (in Original) for undergoing Trade of Electrician to the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
