ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.9, in Crime No.73 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 30.06.2015 in pursuant to a non-bailable warrant issued by the judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in P.R.C.No.6 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during investigation, the petitioner was arrested and released on bail and after completing the investigation, the respondent filed the charge sheet. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner was not aware of the filing of the final report and the learned Magistrate has issued a non-bailable warrant due to his nonappearance on 04.07.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates of this case without fail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned
