ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.256 of 2022 and file a final report.

Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police, after conducting investigation, had laid a final report before the concerned Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
