Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11150 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12047 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 11.12.2017 to till date, without any deviation and further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
