ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the JCB bearing Registration No.TN 57CX-3071 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023 within a time frame.

2.Mr.V.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.S.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the vehicle in question has been seized by the respondent police and the same has also been handed over to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, Dindigul District on the same day itself. The said submission is recorded.

5.In view of the above, the prayer sought for herein cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned for appropriate relief. No costs.
