ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.187 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the daughter and son-in-law of the defacto complainant. He further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute.

He further submitted that A-1 was already granted anticipatory bail by the Court below in Cr.M.P.No.2432 of 2015 vide order dated 18.09.2015. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
