RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition of the Crl.M.P(MD)No.10415/2018 in Crl.A. (MD).No.265/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court dated 14/03/2019 to the effect that the petitioner should be appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court) Madurai daily twice i.e., at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm pending appeal and until further order.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3869 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018, dated 14.03.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018, dated 14.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relax the said condition.

counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018, dated 14.03.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Madurai, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
