No.___ of 2024 in S.R.No.75 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, and to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, to accept the bail bond and sureties under Section 88 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in P.R.C.No. 77 of 2023, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has already availed anticipatory bail and has been enlarged on bail, and therefore, the prayer in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
