PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.502 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 and A3 herein, who was arrested on 25.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.502 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case against the petitioner is that he along with other accused snatched two soverigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant. A case was registered against the petitioner and others.
3.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the case was registered against four persons. The petitioner is A2 in this case. A3 and A4 were already released on bail on 10.01.2022. It was only A3 snatched the chain. The property was recovered only from A3 and prayed the petitioner to be released on bail. 4.On the side of the prosecution it is stated A1 and the complainant were face book friends. The complainant is IInd year Medical College student. CRL OP(MD). No.828 of 2022 5.The offence is serious in nature. Considering the period of incarceration and considering the previous antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
