Crime No.6/2018 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD). No.3558 o 2019 dated 07.03.2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the All Women Police, Kanjipuram town instead of the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police and pass any other order as this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SARAVAGAN PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3558 of 2018 on 07.03.2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the All Women Police, Kanjupuram Town instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the residents of Kanjipuram. He has faced very hardship to appear before respondent police, Dindigul. He has spent huge amount of money and also lost his daily employment. In which, the petitioner has prayed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3558 of 2018. He is ready to appear before the All Women Police, Kanjipuram Town. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no objection to modify the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3558 of 2018 on 07.03.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the All Women Police, Kanjipuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other condition shall remain unchanged.
