2.The respondents have referred the matter to the Tahsildar to conduct peace committee meeting. Therefore, the petitioner and the rival groups shall be heard, after issuing notice and thereafter, appropriate orders shall be passed. 3.As far as the dispute regarding the temple administration is concerned, the Tahsildar shall conduct an enquiry and pass orders. As far as the assault is concerned, the respondents shall take cognizance of the same, if any cognizable offence is made out, appropriate proceedings may be initiated. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
