The petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to produce the case properties and money recovered from the Accused in the case in Crime No.57 of 2015, on the file of the second respondent, before the jurisdictional Magistrate as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
