ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of the first respondent dated 16.10.2025 wherein the petitioner has been called upon to offer his explanation for adverse police report as against him. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.543 of 2021 on the file of Jaihindpuram Police Station which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in STC.No.14 of 2026 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. 3.According to the writ petitioner, he is ready to plead guilty before the concerned trial Court and pay the fine amount. 4.In view of the above said facts, if the trial Court imposes only a fine upon the writ petitioner and the petitioner has complied with the order, there may not be any legal impediment for the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of the passport. 2/4
5.With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
