ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint receipt in CSR No.1481 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025 on his Complaint.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
