2. The petitioner seeks benefit of G.O.Ms.No.142 Transport (C1) Department dated 21.08.2008. The said Government Order came into force with effect from 01.01.2008. The writ petitioner had retired from service on 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.1257 OF 2020 31.03.2007 itself.
3. Therefore, the aforesaid Government Order cannot have any application to the writ petitioner. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
