ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.NO.48/2014 dated 20.10.2014 on the file of the respondent polite with respect to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2.
2. The counsel on either side would submit that the case in Crime No.48 of 2014 came to be registered for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) IPC, as a result of threat meted out to the defacto complainant, when he demanded repayment of long standing dues.
3. This Court acting on the memo of compromise signed both by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant and also their respective counsel and also recording the entire payment by way of
Demand Demand handed over to the second respondent by the petitioners, directs that all the further proceedings relating to Crime No.48 of 2014 shall stand quashed.
