ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.176 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the intervenor that the matter has been settled before the Mediation.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the matter has been settled before the Mediation, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and on executing a own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.
