2017 Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11149/2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15084 of 2017, dated 08.12.2017, for executing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 08.12.2017, made in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.11149/2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15084 of 2017, granted further two weeks time to the petitioner to comply the condition imposed on 17.11.2017. However, suddenly the petitioner's father was admitted in the hospital, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
