EBENEZER CHARLES.T.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2095 of 2022, dated 02.02.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and final report was filed before the concerned Court.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2095 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai on 06.02.2023 and thereafter, appear before the Court, on the date fixed by the learned Judge, without fail.
