Seeking a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1305 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records available.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1305 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
