MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit in Crime Number .

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to deposit said amount. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties and to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.1143 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1143 of 2019 is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
