RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22960/2018 dated 05/02/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 22960 of 2018 2.While granting anticipatory bail, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit in crime number. Now he seeks for modification.
