ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No. 7 of 2021, dated 10.01.2021, on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and a charge sheet will be filed shortly. 3.Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
