2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proceedings in C.C.No.37 of 2018 was closed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichirapalli, Trichy District on 30.10.2023. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
