[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.05.2022, 29.08.2022 and 14.12.2022 for having Regional Offices of Technical Education Department, in all part of Tamil Nadu in order to have an easy access and for convenience of better administration within a time frame.

2.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made several representations to the respondents for having Regional Offices of Technical Education Department, in all part of Tamil Nadu in order to have an easy access and for convenience of better administration. Since the same were not considered till date, this Writ Petition is filed. 5.We are of the view that the said request of the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. However, there is no difficulty for us to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after

providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned as early as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
