This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
