This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime. No.214 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.214 of 2017 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a short period.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.214 of 2017 within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
