2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner has to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing date without fail.
