RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No. 17917 of 2017 dated 03.01.2018 while granting anticipatory bail Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17917 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018, for producing sureties before Magistrate.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner received the copy of the order on 09.01.2018 and while the petitioner was making efforts to arrange sureties, Pongal holidays came from 13.01.2018 to 16.01.2018 and therefore, the petitioner is not able to produce the sureties before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

this petition is ordered and the time for producing the sureties is extended to two weeks from 08.02.2018.
