2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are 1/3

complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners has to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing date without fail.
