When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6, on instructions, submitted that the transfer order of the seventh respondent, which has been challenged by the petitioner, has become infructuous, as the seventh respondent has already been transferred to another place. Therefore, it was submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03.07.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 3/5
