ORDER

The petitioner being the husband of the first respondent has been filed this petition, seeking transfer of M.C.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil to the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both sides are agreed that M.C.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil may be transferred to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli.

4. Considering the same, without going to the allegation and counter allegation, a direction is issued to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil to transfer M.C.No.22 of 2014 to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli.

5. After transferred, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of M.C.No.22 of 2014 within a period of four months thereafter.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
