The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection, based on the petitioners' complaint dated 15.05.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that no such complaint has been received by the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 27.07.2015, along with a copy of his complaint dated 15.05.2015. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R, if cognizable offence is made out in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
