SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.323 of 2018, dated 09.01.2018. 2.The submissions made by the learned counsels on either side are considered. At the time of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police for a period of one month. Even though the petitioner complied with the said condition regularly, he has not mentioned any specific reason to relax the condition. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
