Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2609 of 2019 on 20.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2609 of 2019 on 20.02.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2609 of 2019 on 20.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
