This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 158 of 2023 pending on file of the respondent police station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case investigation is still pending and seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
