ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4, 5(m) and 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the de-facto complainant viz., Nitish went to temple, at that time the accused forcefully took him to his house and misbehaved him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) objected the bail petition stating that the victim is 7 years old boy and further submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 09.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 03/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
