RESPONDENT/ RESONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.MP(MD)No. 9814/2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 10871/2017 dated 01.11.2017 on the file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9814 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10871 of 2017, dated 01.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.11.2017 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.11.2017, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9814 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.10871 of 2017, is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every month until further orders.
