[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from opening the TASMAC shop and bar in Survey No.214/1 and 214/5 situated at the boundary of State Highways Road in SH40 plying from Ambasamudram to Kallidaikurichi, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation, dated 18.12.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC, based on the written instructions received from the third respondent, stated before this Court that there is no such proposal as alleged by the petitioner for opening a shop and bar in the petition mentioned place.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, no further order is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
