JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.19611 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. We do not understand as to how any prejudice would be caused to the appellant herein, who had specifically made a claim before the learned Single Judge that he could not make profit in the stage carriage business, whereas, the fifth respondent herein had offered to run the business profitably.

3. The learned Single Judge had also directed the fifth respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- daily into an escrow account only and had not permitted him to enjoy the profits. Thus, we are of the view that the appellant can work out his remedies during the final hearing of the Writ Petition. As such, no interference is required to the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
