Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VEILKANI RAJU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.15081 & 15082 of 2017, dated 07.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 12.11.2017 to 29.01.2018. Thereafter, they had not complied with the same.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
