PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS / Cr.P.C., to call for the records of FIR in Crime No 467 of 2016 on the file of the respondent No.1 police station and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 467 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanatharpuram through E-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
