The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the third respondent and the complaint has been sent only to the Superintendent of Police by post.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the proposed accused person is working as Sub Inspector of Police before the third respondent, that is the reason why the complaint has been sent to the Superintendent of Police.

4. Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to depute some other officer, other than the third respondent to enquire the complaint of the petitioner against the proposed accused who is said to be working with the third respondent.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
