ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.149 of 2022 and file a final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and a charge sheet will be filed shortly. 3.Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
