P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to enforce compliance with the order dated.30.10.2023 passed by this Hon`ble Court in W.P(MD)No.25042 of 2023, ensuring the rights of the Kadavankudi Naattu OOrali Gounder community to conduct the temple festival and dedication ceremony in accordance with established customs and traditions without interference from the 6th Respondent and his associates and in the interest of maintaining communal harmony. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to enforce compliance with the order dated.30.10.2023 passed by this Hon`ble Court in W.P(MD)No.25042 of 2023, ensuring the rights of the Kadavankudi Naattu OOrali Gounder community to conduct the temple festival and dedication ceremony in accordance with established customs and traditions without interference from the 6th Respondent and his associates and in the interest of maintaining communal harmony.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and after serving notice and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
