The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful life except due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025 and to take departmental action against the erring police official 3rd and 4th respondents.
2.The petitioner's son is having nine previous cases including Section 302 of IPC. Under the guise of enquiry, the respondents are appearing before the petitioner and entering the petitioner's house and disturbing them. The petitioner and the petitioner's daughter-in-law are alone living in the said place. 3.Therefore, the respondents are strictly directed not to disturb the petitioner after 06:00 PM and the respondents are also directed to follow all the procedures which are prescribed for such enquiry and investigation. The petitioner shall provide all the data and the particulars about her son to the respondents. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
