This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused No.2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.12 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.
2.No representation for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent present.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.45 of 2014 and after trial, the case was disposed of in S.C.No.87 of 2015, on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Virudhunagar and the accused was acquitted on 25.08.2015.
