ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, Tirunelveli District, to expedite the case and pass order on the return of the property petition filed by the petitioner under Section 457 of Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.2775 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, Tirunelveli District is directed to pass a final order in Crl.M.P.No.2775 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
